REFUND POLICY:
Shipping & Delivery EasyFeeder ships directly from our fulfilment partner. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow the full delivery window before contacting us about a missing order.
Returns & Refunds We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@easyfeeder.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly with a full refund or replacement at no cost to you — no return required.
Change of mind returns: If you change your mind, contact us at contact@easyfeeder.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Once your return request is approved we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.
Refunds: Once your return has been approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at contact@easyfeeder.store.
Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
