Where do we ship? EasyFeeder currently ships to the United States.
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped. Please allow the full 14 business days before contacting us about a missing order — the majority of delays resolve themselves within this window.
Why does it take that long? EasyFeeder ships directly from our fulfilment partner to keep costs down and pass the savings on to you. This means slightly longer delivery times than a local warehouse, but it allows us to offer free shipping on orders over $40 and keep our prices as low as possible.
How much does shipping cost? Free shipping on all orders over $40 USD. A flat shipping rate applies to orders under $40 USD.
Can I track my order? Yes. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first and then contact us at contact@easyfeeder.store.
What if my order hasn't arrived after 14 business days? Contact us at contact@easyfeeder.store with your order number and we will investigate immediately and make it right.
